Family proceedings are among the most sensitive there are, and not only legally. The decisions made in them affect the children, the finances and the life that follows.
The office assists in divorce proceedings, division of property, support, custody and parenting arrangements, and prenuptial agreements. In every case we first examine whether agreements can be reached through negotiation or mediation, while fully protecting your rights. When there is no alternative, we represent you firmly in court.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Can a divorce be completed without a lengthy legal proceeding?
In many cases, yes. When the parties reach agreements, they can be set out in a divorce agreement and approved by the court or the rabbinical court, without a prolonged dispute.
When is it worth drafting a prenuptial agreement?
Before marriage or living together, or at any later stage. A prenuptial agreement settles the division of property in advance and prevents later disputes. It has to be drafted carefully and approved in order to be valid.
