A real estate transaction is usually the largest financial decision a person makes. A mistake in the contract, a check that was skipped or a registration that was never completed can be costly, sometimes years after signing.
The office accompanies buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and investors through the entire transaction: examining the property and the rights in it, drafting and negotiating the contract, handling the tax aspects, and registering the rights and handing over possession.

HOW WE WORK
Every transaction is reviewed on its own merits. Before we begin, we explain in plain language what the risks are, what can be fixed in the contract and what is worth checking, so that you sign with confidence.
FREQUENT QUESTIONS
When should I contact a lawyer in an apartment transaction?
Before signing any document, including a memorandum of understanding or a sale agreement. At that stage terms can still be changed and the property checked. After signing, the options narrow.
What is checked before buying a resale apartment?
Among other things: who the registered owner is, whether liens or caveats exist, mandatory payments that have not been paid, building violations and the registration status within the shared building.
